Live Well Through Balance
osteopathy for...helping you make better choices

Osteopathy for...helping you make better choices

Offering traditional, structural osteopathy with massage therapy (with an osteopathic perspective), our patients will receive individualized treatments which focus on the main osteopathic principles:

The body is a unit
This means one part of the body cannot be separated from another and therefore treated as a whole. The “whole” is greater than the sum of its parts, where a disturbance in one part of the body will affect another. For example, hip pain may originate in the hip or may be resulting from compensation for knee, ankle or back problems.

The body has a self-healing capacity
Our bodies have an inherent ability to heal themselves. Osteopathic care assists in this process by facilitating changes in the musculoskeletal framework, helping the body to heal itself faster and to maintain that change.

Structure and function are interrelated
This means that the body functions best if the structure is optimal and vice versa. Through manual treatment and self-directed postural and related movement changes, such as correct breathing and movement techniques, osteopathy aims to bring effortless balance between mind and body.

Osteopathy for...Sports Injuries

Osteopathy for...Sports Injuries

We are focused on providing professional care with individualized attention. We treat – and help to prevent – a wide range of problems from back pain through to sports injuries and work-related problems.

Osteopaths are highly trained in recognizing the many causes of mechanical problems in the body. Osteopathic care is likely to achieve long term relief from physical problems rather than provide a temporary fix.

Our clients range from children and adults through to amateur and international golfers and other athletes.

Insurance Billing
Most extended health care plans offer partial or total coverage for osteopathy and massage therapy. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your coverage.
